Prof. Dr. Purushottam Lochan Shrestha is a renowned researcher of history, culture, and archaeology who specializes in Bhaktapur and Newari culture. For his decades of contributions to the field of Nepalese history, he has received a number of honours, including the prestigious Mahendra Bhusan Class A. To this day, he is credited with the publication of over 20 books and numerous articles. He has shared much more in this video than just new insights. In front of us, he has unfolded his emotional and inspirational journey. He is so down to earth and open to new worlds and changes, despite being Bhaktapur’s most respected historian.
