Here we have Architect Mr. Shyam Sundar Kawan as our guest and our host for this episode is Architect Mr.Chandra Hakumila Prajapati. Architect Mr. Shyam Sunder Kawan is an associate professor of the Architecture Department at Nepal Engineering College. He has done his post-graduate studies at the University of Hong Kong with an ADB Japan scholarship to pursue an M.Sc. in Urban Planning. He is also a recipient of the Daayitwa Fellowship for a research project under the direct supervision of a Member of Parliament in Nepal. Being trained as an architect/ urban planner, he is equally active in his professional career, both in architectural and urban planning projects. Moreover, his research interest seems keenly associated with the cultural heritage sector and the built environment of historic urban areas.
